Description

🧠 MENTAL HEALTH  EDUCATION CAMPAIGN
Support Emotional Resilience and Stigma Reduction

This campaign funds community-based mental health workshops, age-appropriate intervention sessions (ages 7–28), facilitator training, and awareness programs. Your support helps create safe spaces where young people can learn, build resilience, and grow with confidence.

⚠️ THE CHALLENGE

In many underserved communities, mental health conversations remain limited due to stigma, misinformation, and lack of structured support. Young people often face emotional challenges without access to safe spaces or trained facilitators. Without early intervention, these challenges can affect academic performance, confidence, and long-term well-being.

🎯 OUR 2026 GOAL

By December 2026, we aim to:

Reach 300 children and youth (ages 7–28)

Deliver 12 structured mental health workshops

Train 10 community facilitators

Conduct 3 community awareness sessions

🌱 CAMPAIGN SUMMARY

Through this campaign, we are expanding access to culturally responsive mental health education and building stronger, more resilient communities—one safe space at a time.
